Rashid Kidwai has mentored the establishment of PM DIMENSIONS since inception. He has over 3 decades of professional experience, having held leadership roles in organizations such as Duncan Agro, National Beverages, Clarion Advertising, JCT Agro, etc. In the last few years, Rashid has focussed on the not-for-profit sector having established Digital Partners Trust and Grassroots Trading Network for Women, which he now heads as CEO.
Rashid is a member of various working groups of the Planning Commission of India, CII & FICCI. He is on the Advisory Board of Vittal Centre for Management and Governance Informatics and the Dean’s Advisory Board of the Harvard Business School, USA. He is qualified with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from St. Stephen’s College, New Delhi.
Dileep Deshpande, Non-Executive Director
Dileep Deshpande is an accomplished legal and finance professional with over 30 years of experience specifically in areas of sourcing finance, establishing JVs, cross border transactions, matters concerning disparate tax jurisdictions, etc. He has held leadership roles in Bharat Forge, Zensar Technologies, Hoganas India, Tata Honeywell and Bajaj Tempo. Dileep currently serves on the board of Synergic India and Oxirient Technosoft. He is qualified as a Company Secretary, has a masters of business administration from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, India and a degree in law from Pune University.
Shishir Khandwala, Non-Executive Director
Shishir Khandwala is a successful stock broking professional through his participation in Bombay Stock Exchange / National Stock Exchange registered company KSA Shares & Securities. During his 30 years of professional experience, he has nurtured several young companies through financial advisory support and made them worthy of listing on the stock exchanges. He currently serves on the board of Synergic India and Tatiba Teleshop. He is qualified as an automobile engineer from Mumbai University.
Makarand Rajadhyaksha, Managing Director & CEO
Makarand Rajadhyaksha played a pivotal role in the establishment of PM DIMENSIONS in 2006. He leverages 18 years of professional experience to establish direction and ensure rapid growth of this unique organization. In prior career assignments he has worked with IT research & consulting major, Gartner; engineering major Tata Steel and Hoganas India across strategic planning, product development ,sales & marketing. Makarand graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, India with a B.Tech in metallurgical engineering and received a master's degree in business administration from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, India.
Rob Gout, Executive Director & COO
Rob Gout is co-founder of PM DIMENSIONS and comes with 26 years of professional experience. His transferable skills set and focus on execution leads to the rapid introduction of innovative engineering services in the domestic & international markets. In prior career assignments, he has held leadership roles at IT research & consulting major, Gartner; banking majors DBS Bank & Standard Chartered Bank and IT major, IBM Consulting. Rob graduated from the University of London, UK with a bachelors degree in computer science and received a masters in business administration from Swinburne University, Australia.
Sukrut Jobanputra, Executive Director
Sukrut Jobanputra is co-founder of PM DIMENSIONS. His 8 years of professional experience has been across business development, market intelligence and consulting. Along with his professional experience, he leverages his interests in education and training to develop and introduce innovative workforce development services for various engineering industries. In prior career assignments, he has worked for IT majors Infosys & Hewlett Packard. Sukrut graduated from Delhi University, New Delhi, India with a bachelors in business studies and received a masters in business administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, India.
