Makarand Rajadhyaksha played a pivotal role in the establishment of PM DIMENSIONS in 2006. He leverages 18 years of professional experience to establish direction and ensure rapid growth of this unique organization. In prior career assignments he has worked with IT research & consulting major, Gartner; engineering major Tata Steel and Hoganas India across strategic planning, product development ,sales & marketing. Makarand graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, India with a B.Tech in metallurgical engineering and received a master's degree in business administration from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, India.

Rob Gout, Executive Director & COO

Rob Gout is co-founder of PM DIMENSIONS and comes with 26 years of professional experience. His transferable skills set and focus on execution leads to the rapid introduction of innovative engineering services in the domestic & international markets. In prior career assignments, he has held leadership roles at IT research & consulting major, Gartner; banking majors DBS Bank & Standard Chartered Bank and IT major, IBM Consulting. Rob graduated from the University of London, UK with a bachelors degree in computer science and received a masters in business administration from Swinburne University, Australia.

Sukrut Jobanputra, Executive Director

Sukrut Jobanputra is co-founder of PM DIMENSIONS. His 8 years of professional experience has been across business development, market intelligence and consulting. Along with his professional experience, he leverages his interests in education and training to develop and introduce innovative workforce development services for various engineering industries. In prior career assignments, he has worked for IT majors Infosys & Hewlett Packard. Sukrut graduated from Delhi University, New Delhi, India with a bachelors in business studies  and received a masters in business administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, India.

Nagaraj Potti, Chief Technology Officer

Nagaraj Potti is the Chief Technology Officer of PM DIMENSIONS. He has extensive international experience in Information Technology projects. Besides having worked as a CRM consultant for IT major Infosys in various countries, Nagaraj also co-founded a IT consulting startup. He holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and Engineering, and a Masters in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, India.

Bhaskar Iyer, Chief Financial Officer

Bhaskar Iyer is an Accounts and Finance professional having more than 15 years of experience in the field of Finance, Accounts and Audit.  His professional skills lie in structuring the accounts and finance department and procedures, preparing financial budgets, and Funds management. He has worked as Head of Accounts and Finance in various Services industry viz, Shipping and Logistics, ITES etc. He holds a Chartered Accountants degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Pankaj Ghosh, Chief Human Resource Officer

Pankaj Ghosh is Head of Human Resources and Administration of PM Dimensions. His 13 years experience is an amalgam of working across service, manufacturing, consulting, academics and research within India and across Latin America and South East Asia. He holds a Masters degree in Analytical Chemistry followed by a Masters in HRD and Advanced Education in Operations Management from IIM Kozhikode.
