The concept of Behavior Based Safety is based on the realization that more than 90% lapses in safety can be attributed to human causes and inappropriate or unsafe behavior. An extensive workshop is designed to enable participants to understand the various concepts and processes related with behavior based safety. The workshop will also deal with the observation and feedback process as well as the implementation of BBS in an organization.
