This course will help participants familiarize with various aspects of welding fabrication technology; appreciate welding design, development, planning, production, inspection, quality assurance and understand key welding concepts to design and produce quality welds, reliably and economically.

This course will enable participants understand the purpose of welding procedures specifications and their qualifications for welders/welding operators.

This course is designed to offer the necessary theoretical and practical exposure to conventional and pulsed TG welding. It will also enable a practicing arc and gas welder to easily acquire the skills and work methods essential for GTAQ / TIG welding.

Tube and pipe welder qualification and certification as per ASME code is essential before any welder can be permitted to weld pressure piping joints. This course will enable welders to acquire the necessary certification. Certificate will be awarded to the welder after witnessing and evaluation of qualification test coupon prepared as per the requirements of ASME Sec IX.

For welding circumferential joints in line pipe, piping and tubular structures, highly skilled welders are required. They must possess adequate skill for all position radiographic welding. This course covers theory and practice of conventional pipe welding.

Mechanical SAW welding processes enable higher productivity, quality and economics in welding. This course will enable welders to acquire the fundamental knowledge and expertise of SAW welding process.

Many mild steel sheet metal and heavy section fabrications are switching over to CO2 welding process. This course will enable arc welders to acquire the basic skills / practice of CO2 welding process. This course will provide a comprehensive theoretical and practical exposure to CO2 welding process.

Pipe welder qualification and certification as per ASME is essential before any welder is permitted to weld pressure piping joints. This course is designed to enable participants to acquire the necessary ASME section X certification.
